What is Revive Body Circuit?

A perfect recipe of weight training and cardio in a high energy group setting.  Say good bye to those grueling and tedious days at the gym.  In this class you will feel motivated, supported,  and challenged.  Most of us get to the gym and don’t know what to do.  We will run on the treadmill, and go from machine to machine, not really understanding how to effectively achieve our goals.  Crissy will not only guide you, she will educate you of the science of physiology and put you on the right path.

Crissy knows how to mix it up so you will never get tired of the same old thing. Her class is packed with variety.   You will be using a combination of your own body weight and light equipment to lose weight, get toned, increase endurance and so much more.   Experience mass calorie burn!!  Body Circuits have been proven to burn far more calories than your typical workout.

Cardio Fitness

Cardio exercise is one of the most important things you can do for your body, whether you want to lose weight, burn fat, improve your health, or do all three. There are plenty of choices for cardio exercise and at Balance Academy all of our classes are super fun and motivational! Some of our classes include, Cardio Kick Boxing, Extreme Jump Rope, Crazy Cardio Circuit, and More.

Here at Balance Academy our mission is to assist individuals in our community in finding their own path towards healthy, happy, successful and fulfilling lives.  On your journey you will find self discipline, a fit and healthy body, a centered and focused mind, and maybe a little adventure! We have a beautiful facility with lots and lots of options for creative personal training.  We have a small gym which includes, treadmills, dumbbells, kettlebells,  multi functional smith machine, leg press, medicine balls, various elastic rope systems, total gyms, etc…  We have an outdoor Spartan type obstacle course which you can be used for PT sessions.
